• You secure your slot with a non-refundable deposit at booking, which holds your time and allows the team to plan the day around your vehicle.
• If plans change, please give 72 hour's notice for most detailing services.
• Cancellations inside that window carry a $50 fee per vehicle to ensure techs are not left idle when they had reserved the time for your car.
• Larger vehicles take more time and materials, and third-row and trunk cab areas on SUVs and small trucks add $80 when applicable due to the extra labor and surfaces involved.
• Membership options listed on the site provide predictable upkeep with periodic full details and washes.

These policies are designed to be fair for clients and respectful of the staff and their families.

Heavy sand or pet hair may require add-on time so the team can continue working until the results meet the like-new standard you expect.

You are asked to remove valuables before the appointment to keep the work area safe, efficient, and focused entirely on achieving the highest level of cleanliness for your interior.
